Originally established in 1993, Sonshine Painting is a small business that is proudly veteran owned and operated.
We take pride in our work and love collaborating with our clients and partners to achieve their vision. At every opportunity we want to satisfy each client by performing high quality work safely, efficiently and effectively. By doing this we hope to build a positive and dependable reputation amongst our clients and partners from initial engagement through the last day of every project.
Ultimately, we want to be the company of choice for all paint and contracting requirements in Southern California.

Rich Ducote
After graduating West Point and spending 9 years in the Army, I’ve spent the last 15 years in the construction industry. Leading the team here at Sonshine and painting the homes and businesses of my neighbors is as fulfilling a job as I’ve ever had.
Luis Rubio
I’ve worked in a variety of roles within the paint and construction industry here in Southern California and I’ve made it a point to grow and develop in each role. At Sonshine, I love being a part of a smaller, tight knit group of pros! We underwrite our work with our names and reputations, so I take personal pride in each and every job we take on.

We carefully screen both our private and public projects to ensure we can meet the needs of our customers - we proudly partner with Local 1399, DC36 for union job requirements!
